good day

i would like to complain about Expedia 's customer service:

i contacted this agency to book a flight from Chicago to Johannesburg on the 8th of January and a return flight on the 15th of January and they gave me the quotation of $1108.00 so i accepted the quote and made a payment.

the booking was made on the Sunday and on the Monday i received an email stating that the airline could not confirm my flight from Chicago to Washington so i called Expedia and they then advised me that they will change my flight from Ethiopian airlines to united airlines and that it would cost me and extra $142,00. i then said no thank you i will not pay more then my quotation and that they have to sort this out and get my ticket booked as per the original price agreed upon ($1108.00).

i was then advised that the booking was made with united airlines and that my amount that will be charged is still $1108.00 so i said thank you for the service.

soon after that i checked the website the whole time to see if it was updated, still today this has not been updated and when i keep on calling Expedia the state that my airline ticket has not yet been booked with the airlines, i have been advised many times that this has been done but it has not.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!!

i need this to be sorted out by the end of this business day!! i need a confirmation from Expedia to say my flight has been booked and that there will be no more changes, i will only pay the amount of $1108.00 and nothing more.

i have been calling then many times and no one could give me the proper service a customer should receive, this is disgraceful, no customer should be treated like this!

i don't want anymore lies! i want this to be sorted and to be contacted by today to get this matter resolved or otherwise i want my money back into my account by the end of business day today.
